Let's Take A Long Walk...

I was taking a walk home and had a lot of thoughts that I decided to post to my Twitter account. I didn't want them to get lost in the ramblings and nonsense.

If you can make the gutter look like the suburbs, imagine what you can do with a mansion.

Discipline begets character.

Impatient and inconsiderate people are what makes this world such a horrible place to be in at times.

Just because someone's shoes look nice doesn't mean they're comfortable.

Train your mind to search for the lesson in everything lest you struggle in vain.

Hardship plus prayer yields wisdom.

Read not to increase knowledge but instead to increase understanding. 3 yr olds know the alphabet but cannot write books.

To dwell on the flaws of another highlight's ones own shortcomings.

To go a day without learning or love is like going a day without breathing... It is inadvisable.

Be humble enough to do the most minuscule work but proud enough to do your best at it.

If you live below your means, your needs will always be met.

Knowledge is the enemy of learning.

Always let others think you have 50-75% of what you actually have. Thus, they will ask out of need and not want.
